[GAMEPLAY] Mr. Mundoverse

I was in a game against a Mr. Mundoverse. Neither me nor the other people on my team could see any of his cleavers. When he q's at you, all you see is the cast animation. there's no cleaver particles. The sounds are still there. The Cleavers still do damage etc. Not sure how to reproduce as I don't have the skin/have only seen this once. Thanks.
