[CLIENT; TECHNICAL WRITING] Attempt to login on the original server of a transferred account

Attempting to login on North America with my transferred account details (LAN) results in a dialog that says, in paraphrase, "the account is in the process of being transferred, please try again in a few minutes." This seems to be a simple technical inaccuracy and moderate security risk. (The account has been thoroughly transferred for years.)

Paraphrased and no screenshot because I'm lazy and overconfident (I'll do 20 push-ups if I'm off here but I remember this bug from the distant past, it may be uncommon but also easily fixed.)
