Client Goes into Matchmaking and results in Loading Screen [Client]

When going into ranked solo Qs at times after clicking "accept" the client will but me into matchmaking but not remove the accept screen or just placing a rotating circle loading screen, I can still hear the picks and bans going on in the background but cannot make a selection, this forces me to dodge the Q and suffer LP losses or in this most recent case an auto loss in my promos. frequency is not high but very impactful. in terms of replicating this issue, all I did was go into matching however I did have Chrome running in the background but that has never been an issue before.
