Client Freezes in Champ Select and Will not Load

About 1 out of 3 games for me, the client will refuse to load after getting into champ select. It's not immediate, but after a couple mouse clicks. Cannot get through a ban session if I'm first. Can't get through changing masteries usually. Screen goes off white and then refuses to respond. Absurdly obnoxious, I have to wait between every game, and can't even look at ranked. If I've got a champ selected and nobody dodges the game will let me reconnect and join the game if I wait long enough.

Bout it.
