RANKED INVITE ISSUE

We have been unable to add people to our ranked team roster, we have 5 in the team at the moment and have played 9 games and won 6 so we dont really want to start a new team, we are wanting to add to others and the roster maximum is 9 so why can we not invite a couple more to bring the roster to 7?
