EUNE Server Issues

Excuse me, but what the fuck is going on with the EUNE server? In the past couple of months there were numerous server issues like not being able to log in into your client, massive queues for loging, random disconnections in game, disabled ranked queues, champion select bugs and more and I havent seen anyone complaining or discussing the problem and I am very curious why.
