My win didn't count?

Last game to promo everything went well i successfully got 3 kills early game with a few ganks then out of no where my mouse kept going insanely slow so i restarted the client twice, late game i got with my team and we finished a few objectives aced the team and finished the game off however it did not count my win for some reason, am i penalized for restarting the client? The second time it fixed my issue with my mouse but it was to the point i couldnt move because of my mouse and i would just stand there
