[GAMEPLAY] Gragas' Barrel Roll Deactivating

I was playing Gragas jungle and after about 3 minutes into the game, I could not use my Q, Barrel Roll. When I pressed the key that was bound to my Barrel Roll, the sound of a button press still went through. However, The ability did not activate. nor did the indicator.

1. Activate Barrel Roll. Another Note: The Ability Notes also said that my Barrel Roll had a Mana Cost of 0 and a Cooldown of 0 seconds. This has only occured once in my experience with Gragas thus far.
