[GAMEPLAY] Warmogs regeneration

As you can see on the picture, I was at 3000 hp and warmogs didn't regen me. Is this a bug or did i miss understand?

I ran into this issue before over a year ago and posted a bug report which Riot Exgeniar commented on.

AFAIK, it is most likely a rounding issue with the HUD.

If you had 2999.97 HP and the display rounded up, Warmog's Heart wouldn't activate because you technically had less than 3000 HP.

Im fairly certain that this IS a rounding issue. And this is very funny that this happened to you. I think it would be pretty amazing if Riot would act like they acred enough to give Jarvan a +1HP buff just for this scenarion. He's probably the only champ this is possible on that could build Warmog's.
