Help I cant join a game keeps telling me to reconneect

Hello I would like some help with my league of legends. This started a couple days ago where I try to join a game and it just keeps telling me to reconnect. I found that with every solution there is it tells me to go to RADS file and I have nothing in there. Is there some sort of download I could do for only this file and not my whole league launcher that would be great thanks so much.
