Leave Buster unfair

Good Day, im in South Africa and we don't European Standards of Internet being 3rd world country and all. I was in a game as Master Yi and got dc'd. so i rebooted my router quick and logged in and the game had started already. so we opted for a remake. After the remake and the defeat screen, i got leave buster. How and why? i am so tired of leave buster, makes me and my team not want to play any more. Rather find another MMORPG to play on line.
