Constant Notification Queue Glitch - No Alerts

I have already closed out of my client multiple times over the past 3 days since I first encountered this. I'm going to follow up with a reinstall but here's a description.

  • I invite friends to join my game (we are all in a voice chat). Sometimes it doesn't even show their in my lobby but on their end they are connected.

  • If I join a friends game, I get penalized because the Accept Game notification never displays when we go into queue.

  • Recently in URF when it comes to bans, if I'm selected to ban... it skips over me and only allows me to ban 2 champions. Sometimes 1.

Please note, this is not a connection issue on my end. I have well beyond the recommended bandwidth, speed and ping.

I know this is an old thread, but I have been having this same issue, ongoing for a month at least.

Occasionally, I have managed to get the notification to appear by attempting to leave group and forcing a server/client data sync; however, after that I am unable to enter the lobby, although I show as in lobby in my friends' clients.
