Ahri's Charm counts toward the Monster aggro resets

This is more of a nuisance than anything else, but Ahri basically should NOT charm monsters such as the blue buff because every time the monster checks to see if it can attack and then can't it counts as a reset. This means that if Ahri charms the buff and attempts to help the jungler kill it the monster will reach the reset limit and start regenerating health and walking back to it's original position. This is 100% re-creatable because it happens every time.
