I cannot buy things while playing a match

When I went to click the shop it wouldn't open however, even worse when i tried to buy the durans ring i couldn't get it when i clicked on it not to mention i tried to exit the game by pressing Esc and then exit but that wouldn't work either in addition when it said i had victory when i pressed continue i couldn't get out without pressing tab+command and then pressing the x to log out
