Game crashes at 6 min every time

Ever since this new patch my games been freezing and then crashes at 6 min every game. I tired the repair tool and it still happens.

System i7- 6700k 4Ghz 1070 8gb 16GB ram

I have the same issue for a month about now and still no clue how to fix it ... I uninstalled league and repaired but still not working.
