Hi, Im having a problem with having the links of the three free skins for Alistar, Garen, and Tristana so I hope anyone can help. thx

Ekitaih is correct, those promotions have concluded. There were a few posts around the web which mentioned it ending such as the Riot Support Twitter: https://twitter.com/riotsupport/status/1014263705314385920?lang=en
Oof. I don't know if they do those anymore. You can create a support ticket to be sure. I know back in the day, to get the skins you had to tell them via a support ticket that you did all the things they wanted. Then they'd give them to you.
