[GAMEPLAY] Kha'zix Dieing removes R evolve visual

On Kha'zix, when dieing after having ult evolved the visual changes back to pre ult evolved Kha'zix.

1. Evolve Kha'zix ulty
2. Die in game
3. Visual skin is back to the pre evolved state

This has happened every game the last few weeks, I'm not sure when it started though. Not really gamebreaking but it is a little les information for Kha'zix's opponents.
