[Client] No level up capsule?

I leveled up yesterday a while before the maintenance today, and the icon appeared that I had earned a level up capsule, even my loot icon had it's notification symbol. But when I click on my loot, there's no capsule. A friend of mine said the same thing happened to him the same day.
