Remake System is rubbish

Hi guys, I'm sure I'm not the first one to say this but the remake system doesn't work sometimes and it is simply frustrating. I had a game where a player dc'ed and I thought " Oh guess I have to wait in queue again". Bu that did happen. What ended up happening is my team losing lp because the remake system can't tell if a player is disconnected or not when the result is clearly obvious....

I assume this is a bug that needs to be fixed. This problem has not been fixed for 2 months. I hope Riot can get there shit together. Thank you for reading.
