How many keys?

Look at this picture, if you can. In the "Materials" section I have one key fragment. In the bottom pane, it shows I have 2 keys. I can't find anything on an explanation here.

its simple you have 2 keys and 1 fragment of a key, it takes 3 fragments to make 1 key.
