[CLIENT/GAME] UI and HUD invisible and bugged in-game NO HEALTH BARS NO STATUS BAR AND GAME CRASHES
Hello.
I ahve been experiencing a terrible bug that makes part of the UI completely invisible and parts of the UI are in the incorrect spots. There are no health bars, sometimes no minion health bars, no status bar, etc. https://imgur.com/tIHlvoQ
Upon alt-tabbing, the game bugsplats.
Feels like the game is unplayable for me when I play Rengar.nI have 100% reproduction rate when entering a matchmade game with Rengar.
This is going to be a long post detailing exactly what is happening with this bug, some situations in which it has occurred, and a list of possible fixes. The only way I have found to reproduce this is to have my setup and enter a ranked flex, ranked solo, or normal matchmade game. This will not work in customs or practice tool, etc. If you have experienced this bug, please reply in the comments with your machine specs and your current graphics card driver, if you know it. Maybe if we pool more data, it will help, because my machine and setup is not the only one with the issue.
I am trying to speed up the fix for this, because every time I play my main champion (Rengar), this bug occurs with a 100% reproduction rate.

This is a problem occurring when I play Rengar, but I have also heard of this happening with Kayn, according to another reddit user . It seems odd that a visual bug of this magnitude would be tied to only one champion. Please keep in mind that I am trying to list all possible trends and causes regardless of how likely it seems to be the cause. I don't know how Riots software works, but I am somewhat competent when it comes to troubleshooting.
Firstly, let me start with my computer specs:
Ryzen 5 Processor Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb 16 GB DDR4 RAM Windows 10
This UI/HUD bug is a huge deal because I cannot see minions some games, cannot see health bars, and cannot see my own health bar. For obvious reasons, you can see how this is an issue. If I alt-tab, which sometimes can help with other visual bugs, the game crashes upon re-entering. Once I reconnect to the game after the bugsplat, the UI bug is gone! I end up loading into the game at 1:30 or later after reconnecting, however, and I have essentially lost because I have to solo clear jungle as Rengar and lose early gank pressure at plat elo.
Things I have done to try and attempt to fix this issue:
1. I have re-patched the game.
2. I have reinstalled the game
3. I have run hextech repair tool
4. I have reinstalled windows and the game with firewalls completely disabled for a perfect patch, which resulted in me losing nudes of my ex-gf (fuck)
5. I have changed my in-game settings to various different resolutions, windowed mode, borderless, fullscreen etc. All tests done at lowest possible quality settings
6. I have updated my drivers, including uninstalling old drivers for the nvidia GTX 1060 completely
7. I have experimented with each of the possible options to run the game in compatibility mode (right click League of Legends shortcut>properties>compatibility mode etc. etc.) as well as running the game as administrator as I normally do
8. I have disabled full screen optimizations
9. I have contacted riot support, which has resulted in them asking me if I had done all of the things I had already done, and provide them with logs from the hextech repair tool
10. I have deleted the config files in the League of Legends folder as Riot support suggested, to no avail.
After each of these tests, I have tried to enter a game as Rengar, only to have the bug occur just as it has every game before that.
Why on earth do I feel like I am the only one having this bug, or that a small minority of users are experiencing this? I have barely heard of this bug, and since no one is talking about it, I am scared it won't be fixed. It started with 8.5 and it has been about 6 days or so of complete hell for me. I only have ever had this bug on Rengar, and it only occurs in matchmade games on Summoners Rift, be it normal games, ranked solo/duo, or ranked flex. IT DOES NOT OCCUR IN PRACTICE TOOL OR CUSTOM GAMES, for some reason.

Please post if you have had a similar issue or know of any fixes! Riot support has responded to me and we are in communications, but it is going extremely slowly and they don't respond until like 2 days after a message.
Hopefully this can get more exposure and we can find a fix!
