So i am in my placements and i wanna duo with a friend who is rank in silver 4 duo, why doesnt it work? states the rank is to big of a difference but is an unrank and a silver 4 big difference in rank when i hit gold last season?

Think it's because of the whole dynamic/flex queue disaster they did.
