I just played a few games as warwick. Are champions like khalista and nidalee supposed to be able to jump out of warwicks ult? Because every game I've played with either of them, soon as I'd ult them theyd leap out and run away. Everyone else i ulted during that game was fully suppressed.
It's been a bug with dashes and WW ult for a long time. If they cast it slightly before you ult them it will still complete after they are suppressed. Similar to people jumping out of 
grab.
Did they buy quicksilver?
Nope they didn't have quicksilver.
Oh that makes sense. It was ridiculous cause she shot out of it and my ult went on cd as well.
