Ascension NA West Coast Queuing

After the servers for the west coast went down for the Ascension game mode before actually expiring, there are some issues going on where if you are in a party and you queue up for a game, it doesn't connect every player. They are all in your party, but some how not in the queue. Is anyone else having this same issue?
