Pick/Bans lobby broken

Myself and duo partner (so I'm assuming it's not just a computer glitch) are unable to see chat bar, runes, masteries and sums in the pick and bans lobby. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have this problem sometimes as well, ive found that if i minimize league and then pop it back up again is usually goes away*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*

Yea, this also happened to me. I just added a post 2 mins ago about this bug.
