I went to the closest store to buy a paysafecard. And when I've walked home and tried to put in my RP, it didn't work!? I tried a million times but nothing happend, and then today I said "fuck it" and tried the 5£ button and all of a sudden that worked?! I've checked my reciept alot of times and it stands 10£. Can someone please help me?!

This is a support ticket issue bring it up with riot and you'd probably need to have proof of purchase (the receipt) and the store you got it from.
