Game crashes as soon as I leave champ select. (Crash dump included)

I just barely got back into league and I've been trying to play. Every time I get into the game it instantly crashes. I've reinstalled multiple times and updated my drivers. Don't know what I need to do but id like to fix this so I can play again.
