Garen Still spins even when frozen in |TFT|
While Garen is spinning and if he get frozen he continues to spin and deal damage. I don't know if everyone is having that happen but its happening to my game 5 Times now.

its not a bug. its exactly how garen works in a regular game.
the spin isnt a channel, its an animation.
it doesnt cancel for the same reason chogath knockup doesnt just cancel when you cc him after he already cast it.
Not a bug it's what happens with garen in TFT (I've watched the pbe patch progress and also played there).
Even in normal rift his e continues even if he's stunned etc.
But anyways it's something for you to consider going forth.
