Anivia's wall interrupts TP and Recall
Exactly as title says, had a Anivia try to troll me and friends in a URF game with her wall, kept waiting for us to TP and used her wall to interrupt TP and recall, not sure if this in intentional or not

This is intentional. All changes in map geometry including temporary player made changes stop all channels.
The wall can move a champion if placed directly on top of them. This would stop your recall or teleport. It is not a bug.
