Gangplank Cannon Barrage Bug

While testing out and playing Gankplank, I achieved 505 SS, so I recalled to upgrade my Cannon Barrage, but the 3 options were grayed out and did not allow me to upgrade them. I proceeded to achieve over 650 SS throughout the game, but never was I able to upgrade my Cannon Barrage even though I had the required SS.

Just tested again, and same thing...cannot upgrade his cannon barrage. Very game changing...

The same thing happened to the gangplank in my last game. Rito plz fix.
