Cannot Get Past Champion Select

For my past couple "games" ive selected positions, accepted my match, chosen champ and runes only after the champ select timer ends i dont load in, my client re opens and says reconnect. I press reconnect and about 2 seconds later it says that i still need to reconnect again, Its a constant loop and i cant even play a single game of league now. Ive: uninstalled league and re downloaded checked for corruption Uninstalled virus protection Disabled fire walls

nothing works why is this happening??
