[Gameplay] Jungler Minion Kills seems to reset/decrease in scoreboard?

So since the new patch I've noticed a few times that some jungler's CS count drops down significantly mid game - it may be when they get sated with devourer (I can't remember which item they had the first time I saw this today). it's weird because in the post game stats, their cs was fine, but in the graph mode their bar was really short and had a different number than the starting post-game stats screen. Anybody else noticing this in their games?
