I can't move and ping messages.

It occurs suddenly and randomly during match. Sometimes I can resolve it when press Y to fix camera on champion.

Expected Result: Can't move character using mouse, cast spells, ping massages(alerts), do something with champion using keyboard. Can use in game interface like menu. It's similar to result of disconnect, but I not see any alerts about disconnect and can see all others champions. Moreover, I see that other champions do different actions and change movement destination, so this can't be disconnect.

One time, when this occurs I have tried to spam more commands like movement, cast spells, pings, pressing Y. After a short time(1-5 sec) I saw reconnect message and simultaneous alert pings. This was strange because I can saw game in normal way and wrote in chat.

My location: Ukraine, Nikopol, EUNE server. I will attach video when can capture it again.
