Fizz WQ is bugged! Seastone Triden doesn't do triple the damage!!

I've been playing Fizz as my main champ. After not playing for 3 month I fould fizz very very week, comparade to the last time I played him. I look at the previews patch notes to see if he was changed but there weren't many big changes... So i decided to try him in the "practice tool". And i fould out that the WQ combo doesn't work any more!!! It's bugged!!! Let me explain: when I was playing Fizz in the past my combo usually was R then wait that the Mark is Charged and then WQ in the Enemy Champion to Pop them Like a Firecracker and proke the triple W damage!!! BUT! with different tests I found out that my W comboed with my Q doesn't triple the damage of the W mark even if I waited 2 or more second. It works with basics attack but not with the WQ combo. Don't know if this is intentional to be like this or no let me Know and if so fix... or maybe it!!!!
