Not given LP after ranked win...

I have played two games today where after the game was over the message," Skip Waiting for Stats" appears. It will not load the stats even after waiting for up to an hour. Once, I give up in just click skip, the game does not reward any LP for the win. Is there any way I could be given the missed LP for the wins. This is an annoying bug.
