Can't Play the game anymore!!

Here we go,

I can't play League anymore. To be specific, i can't load it anymore. This is the problem: Whenever i login, everything is fine. I can click play, create a Custom game, (i do customs to try if the bug is resolved), and i can even select a champion and lock it in. Now, when i start a game and get into the client, it stops. It takes about 10 seconds for my Champion name to appear, as well as Summoner Icon, Summoner Spells, and in most cases even the Champion name. When that is finally done, it starts building up to 100%. I have good computer, so i am in almost every case the first to reach 100%. But, now it takes an awful lot of time to get there. I mean, like 1% every 2 minutes. Then, when i let it on for a very long time and i am about 80-95%, it states i have lost connection and the game stops. When i do this is a bot game, the game will go on but i will be marked AFK, and in the loading screen all my teammates are not connected. I tried to do everything already:

• Reinstall League
• repiar league
• New DNS
• Delete Adobe AIR and stop IP helper (was stated somewhere this waws the problem)
• Resetted Router This has been for 2 days, and i can't play a single game since then.

Can someone please help me?
