Bug on PBE doesn't seem to be getting attention

Whenever I try to start a game as Aurelion Sol, It crashes in the loading screen.

Try repairing the client by clicking the question mark on the top right of the launcher. The PBE boards may have more information if it's a common issue, and PBE bugs should be posted over there.

We were aware of this occurring the other day - could you let me know if you're still experiencing this after the next PBE update?
