Champion Pool Bug

I recently bought Kha'Zix because he is on sale but he doesn't show up in my champion pool on team builder. He does show up everywhere else and I can play him but not in team builder. I was wondering if anyone has had the same problems or knows a quick fix. Id like to open a ticket but all the support options lead you to common FAQ's that haven't helped much at all. I am assuming this problem has derived from the constant pvp.net issues but hopefully those will be fixed soon too. Please help!

Edit: It seems the issue has been fixed.

Edit 2: Scratch that. He shows up in my champ pool but a message pops up saying invalid champion.
