[CLIENT] New Masteries Visual Bug

So basically, chillin in the masteries, doing my thing, then i hover over the last 3 masteries of the resolve tree and thats what happens. Seems to only affect those 3 specific nodes, the others dont have this issue. Steps to reproduce

1. Open client/log on
2. access new mastery pages
3. hover over the final 3 masteries of the resolve tree I've tried logging off and on multiple times, speccing into the masteries, unspeccing them, new mastery page etc, nothing changes. still mad blinks.
