Yasuo Third Q (wind) bug

It's hard to write about that in English, my English is not fluent :) I can assure that every Yasuo player has encountered this problem. When Yasuo has 2 stacks on his Q, BUT he uses ult on enemy who is airborned by allies, the third Q (wind) disables itself, BUT you can still see the circle range of wind skillshot. It is very irritating. I don't know maybe third Q still should be able to cast, or the wind circle range should disappear. I don't know. I just want this glitch fixed :) Thank you.

This is how it is intended when u ult it consumes all stacks There is a bug with the thrid q where u use it and sometimes doesnt throw the tornado but consumes the stack

Yes, and I just saw other guy reported the same bug. Either the circle should disappear or the third Q should be available. It is very annoying in-game..
