Lower Queue Priority Bug

My roommate had his computer crash on him and got penalized for leaving a game. He attempted to play today and was put in a lower priority queue of 20 minutes. He waited the entire 20 minutes and got into a lobby. Someone dodged, and he was placed back in queue. He failed to accept a match, and upon requeueing, he was forced to wait an additional 20 minutes. To me this seems like a huge bug, because he already waited a full 20 minutes once, and I don't feel he should have had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Nope, that's how it works. Unfortunately for your friend, waiting in the lobby doesn't count as one of your 5 games for lower priority. BUT if you have autofill protection and sit through 3 lobbies with dodgers, you lose your autofill protection.
