Getting black screen at champ select

I will queue up and after I accept the screen goes black, and I can't choose a champ. I can still see my friends list and messages, and all my party members get in just fine. I have found the only fix for this problem is uninstalling and reinstalling, however that only fixes it for a short while. I can't even create a custom game with no bots. This has been happening for a couple months now, and I have seen other people complaining about this anybody got an idea on what's happening or how to fix it.
