shyvana aram presence of mind

Not sure whether to put this in bugs or suggest it somewhere else. But i wanted to play ap shyv in aram with ultimate hat and presence of mind in aram to see if it would work speeding up her fury for ult or not. It switches out ultimate hat since it won't work, but doesn't switch the new presence of mind, so its just a dead rune on champs like her with no mana or ult cd.
