Crash after champion select - Please Help Riot - Re-occurring for 3 weeks plus now. :(

Every time i have tried for the last 3 weeks, I enter into champ select and pick champ all is fine... When the game is about to go into loading screen, it crashes and comes up with the re connect screen. This happens every single game and haven't managed to play a game for over 3 weeks now. I believe it was after the 6.18 patch but could be wrong. I have tried all the basic things such as repair files and uninstalling and re downloading but nothing is working. Please Riot can you help me, I have seen a lot of other people with the same problem :(
