• Description: When applying the bonus magical damage from Qiyana's W, every tick of Liandrie's Torment applies the W damage again.

• Steps to reproduce: First, buy Liandries. Second, apply the w bonus damage.

• Expected result: W procs once, and activates Liandries burn damage.

• Observed result: W procs, and activates Liandries burn damage. Every tick of Liandries reapplies the W damage until Liandries wears off.

• Reproduction rate: 10/10, It will always happen as well as you apply W while having Liandries purchased.

This is seriously gamebreaking, AP Qiyana can outright kill squishy characters through resistances by touching them.
