Disabled Summonered
Just played a game with Fiora where both my summoners were perminatly disabled, from the starting of the game. Restarting the client did NOT solve the issue.

i had a problem where i wasnt able to move my camera. i could lock it and unlcok it but moving my mouse was futile
its a sign... "A good fiora doesn't need summoners to poop on enemies"
