ARAM lobby does not load

Unfortunately for me, and others from a search on similar issues, this is not a new issue. Riot, an answer please!

This has become a near daily issue, and happened the same way...

I logged into my client. I got into one ARAM (and won, which seems to be related). After taking a few minute break, I put myself back in que and got the accept/decline for the game. Clicking accept, all the little heads light up, I get the lobby noise but it remains on the main screen with the 'play' button. Nothing gets me into the lobby, and when I try to re-que, I get a wait timer saying I have dodged a game.

See, this would not be an issue for me... But the timer is only getting longer because of something I have no control over.

Fix this please.
