[GAMEPLAY] Nobody visible

Don't know how it is recreated, sorry.

My game crashed during loading and I was able to reconnect before the game started. When I got back into game I checked the scoreboard and noticed I only saw Lux on there from the enemy team, plus my team. This wasn't new to me, I remember issues where if you DC then come back, there are issues on the minimap sometimes with towers, or the other team appearing as level 1 until you spot them again. However when I was in lane, I didn't realize until I died, that the only person I saw in the whole game besides my team was Lux. It took me two deaths to realize that the other champions (including abilities) were completely invisible. The only enemy champion I saw was Lux.

Again, don't know how this is recreated, I just know that my game crashed.
