[Gameplay] Fizz's E doesn't work after using Zhonya's Hourglass

I accidentally use zhonya when i was playing fizz then for about 30 second to 1 minuet i couldn't use my e, it was gray out like i never learned the ability in the first place I don't know if it was the new hub or is it fizz's E bugging out with zhonya
