Please Fix Zac

I find it kind of unfair that when Zack dies his oozes are able to be smited and take the full true damage from it.. one could get a rangers trailblazer and 1 shot smite him when he is trying to reform. One thing I am unsure about is whether or not those oozes also suffer from the damage bonus from jungle items as if they were jungle creeps. I really think this issue needs to be fix to make Zac more viable again.
